I’m just not in a place where I have much that I want to share… I might start posting when I am ready to leave. Pants are high-waisted and flared and we’ll continue to see fitted dresses with high-waisted belts. Leather is a classic in both fashion and interiors, so we’re sure we’ll see some leather pieces from our favorite furniture designers in the months to come, too. The 20th century saw women’s design skills being pushed to the side-lines, but the 21st century is increasingly showing a new-found interest in these design skills. After thumbing through design magazines during study breaks, she fell in love with design. As fashion trends tend to cross over into interiors, and vice versa, we thought it would be fun to take a look at some of the cool trends spotted over the past week and consider how they might transcend into the world of interiors. Their side-brand Something Good — born out of an exhibition during Milan Design Week a couple of years ago — began as a dialogue between designer friends and craftsmen with the goal of investigating the juncture where technology and craft meet.
The ability of the mission bay to communicate directly with the hangar (and thus with the flight deck) is an eminently sensible feature to have, and it is good to have the confirmation that it will be there, and with ample chances of exploiting it over the long life of the ships (at least 25 years of design life).

Environmentally sustainable furniture is a fairly new concept in the marketplace, though here at Skipjack we have been utilizing this concept for many years.
However, hulls with lots of large spaces in them such as this with the helo hangar, mission bays and forward VLS space (especially with 3 Mk41 modules) always complicate ship design. Joseph Muniz, of Signarama, takes a closer look at the window graphic he installed at Contents Interiors. Italian designers take their inspiration from a special artistic atmosphere existing in Italy, whose roots could be found in Giotto’s painting and Michelangelo’s sculpture, just to mention two of the most known Italian artists of the past. The main output of the project is the creation of an online platform – a dedicated website – that will host an interactive map of the Italian design in Vancouver.
Marco Velardi, the co-founder of interiors magazine Apartamento and former creative director of Italian furniture brand De Padova, has argued that when it comes to selling furniture, Italian brands need to retool”. Contemporary furnishings designers are creating stylish desks that require minimal floor space but come equipped with enough hidden storage to accommodate the necessary essentials such as gadget chargers, pens, and a pad of paper. Every product is handmade realized, so every piece of furniture is different from another one, it has the special touch of a master craftsman, who follows the design of the draftsman. In armaments, the italian FREMM carriers two 8-cell Sylver A50 modules, with the SAAM – Extended Self Defense control system, which enables limited area defence employing not just Aster 15 but Aster 30 as wll.
