When choosing a fitness equipment, it is a very complex process. For most people, when they think of home gyms they would think that it comes with a huge price tags as well as bulky equipment. Well of course that makes the fitness market having all the expensive stuffs. But in reality, you do not need to have the expensive and the bulky equipment for you to have a home gym.

Inexpensive home gyms can be highly effective as compared to those of the expensive ones.

The first type would be the ones that is not considered a home gyms equipment but it offers cardiovascular workout for you. These equipment are treadmills, exercise bikes and elliptical. These type of equipment are also being used in health clubs and gym and is considered to be the most expensive. In my home gym review, I will give it a 3 out of 10.

Next will be the gyms that rely mostly on polymer rods and bars for resistance training. Bulky and expensive are these equipment. These equipment also dominates the fitness markets and are very popular. The disadvantages of these equipment is they are often prone to cause injuries. Bowflex is one of the popular product for this criteria. You have to expect that you have to pay between 1500 dollars to 2000 dollars for thee home gyms. And as for my home gym review, I will give it a 4 out of 10.

The third will be the inexpensive and the most effective as compared to the expensive ones. This rely mostly on the elastic bands and produce resistance. They often use this resistance bands and proper anchoring for them to have quality systems. These bands are portable and you can easily place them in your bag. Top home gym that has resistance bands is bodylastics. The cost ranges from $50 to $100 and the system will produce up to 250lbs of resistance. For my home gym reviews, I will give it a perfect score.

Out of the three systems, I will highly recommend a home gym that would rely mostly on resistance band. For me, it is the most effective and any person will be able to use it no matter what their fitness level is. If you are worried about injuries, don’t be as there has been no injuries on resistance band and it is long lasting. This resistance band is great for flexibility and this if you are an athlete this is also great since this if often used in sports training as well as martial arts.
